What to Know Before Arriving
- Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your reserved tour time, to allow for check-in and preparing for your tour.
- This is a walking tour of the factory and typically takes 1.5 hours. The approximate tour route distance is 1 mile.
- The factory's ambient temperature is subject to outdoor conditions. A portion of the route is outdoors. Please dress accordingly.
- Closed-toe shoes are REQUIRED to participate in the tour. Wear comfortable shoes for walking.
- Please contact us if you have any special needs or require additional assistance during the tour. For example, wheel chair access, hearing impaired, etc. We will do our best to accommodate you.
- Restrictions include:
- Age – All factory tour visitors MUST be 12 years or older.
- Accept Terms of Use – All visitors touring the assembly plant will be required to accept the terms of use during registration; it is also linked here.
- Photos – Cameras and cell phones are not allowed on the tour.
- Eye Protection – Each visitor will be provided with safety glasses. These must be worn at all times during the tour.
- Medical conditions – any guest with a pacemaker or other magnetically sensitive device should let staff know so tour routes can be altered around lasers in our fab shop.
